Amazon Netherlands - Global Reviews Not Syncing

Hi,

Is anyone else suffering from problems with Amazon Netherlands and product reviews?

This applies to all our inventory for but for our three main products, sold globally - with all with at least over 1000 reviews, on Amazon NL the reviews have not transferred.

For example one ASIN, which has over 2000 reviews, the same amount on all other 9 markets we are on - has 1 review on Amazon NL (one old one from 2017),

Another product has only 12 reviews (over 1500 globally).

AMZ NL are adamant that this is not possible - that the marketplaces do not SYNC.

Which of course they do as our other 9 market places have (!)

Is anyone else suffering from this? or has any pearls of wisdom?

Many thanks!
