Brand Owner Not Able To Change Product Details
As a brand owner i am not able to change any details for my products as Amazon is saying that ASIN is managed by another brand steward, who has control over any product-related information. Additionally i am told "I understand that you are the brand owner, however the ASIN is owned by another brand steward. Please be advisable that if the requesting brand steward and the winning brand steward have the same role on the brand, the brand with the lower customer ID will break the tie; if the requesting brand steward has a lower role on the brand than the winning brand steward, the winning brand steward's contribution will be maintained."
What the hell does this mean. I have removed any other person as an agent and i am the sole manager and owner of this brand.
Can someone help?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can assist. If you can provide the case ID where you received the posted response, I can take a deeper look at the brand.
In the interim, based on what you have shared here, I have seen this when a Seller is selling in other Amazon stores and the contribution is owned by the individual, but from a different store. For example, if If I sell in the US and EU and I create an ASIN logged into my US account, but it is also live in the EU store. If I attempt to make a change logged in to the EU, that contribution may not "win." This is just one potential reason and with more info I can dig deeper, just need the case ID to start diving in.
Since we are talking about changing details on the listing, this would be a Selling Role for the brand. You may find the Brand Registry selling roles help page helpful to better understand permissions of the different types of selling roles.

I have an approval from a brand owner, yet I got slapped by a trademark violation. Amazon told me to just change my listing. Yet, Amazon is blocking that option, so I can't. They told me to contact the brand owner so he is going to change the listing and "hope for the best". (How is that work? I did contact him, he didn't change it, and I don't even know how could he change my listing.) So, Amazon gave me an impossible task, and it's impossible because Amazon itself is making it impossible. Yet again, Amazon's help associate person got mad at ME. She was acting that I'm stupid, for asking these valid questions and pointing out the insanity of this situation. Nothing makes sense at this point. How is Amazon even operational like this? I'm forced to pay $40 / month and I can't even get a very simple solution for a problem that Amazon caused to my store.

Was the listing created before you were branded? If so there's a chance a different marketplace seller (Amazon JP, Amazon Mx, Amazon Cananda) attached their brand first to the listing making them leading contributor....
