Will the font size be reasonable?
Currently, as the number of characters increases, the font size decreases. If the customer has lots of characters in their address, we get a tiny font, so small that it is barely legible, surrounded by lots of unused white space.

We just started using Veeqo and wanted to give our honest feedback.
The Good:
- The 5% rebate is obviously nice and instant. You can see your rebate for each shipment right on the dashboard. Who knows how long they'll keep it around for but hopefully they keep it around forever.
- Getting setup was super simple and took 5 minutes. The app requires full access to your Seller Central account so that's a little nerve-racking but understandable why it's needed.
- The user interface is clean and fairly straightforward.
- There is a live chat for help and I was able to get a hold of someone within about 5 minutes.
- All your Amazon orders get synced automatically so you can bulk ship very quickly but there is a caveat (see cons below).
The Bad (so far):
- Veeqo syncs all of your Amazon orders which is helpful but it comes with a major downside compared to others like Pirate Ship. Veeqo utilizes Amazon's shipping services function so if you want to send a package out Ground Advantage or First Class but Amazon's system doesn't allow these services for that particular order then there is no way to override it. We ship small packages that always go Ground Advantage or First Class (using Pirate Ship) but in Veeqo there was no way around it and some of our small packages only allowed us to choose Flat Rate Envelope or USPS Priority Mail, etc., much more expensive and not viable. We tried to work-around this issue by manually creating an order in Veeqo but that doesn't work as it says "no shipping options available." This is a major negative of this platform.
- Due to the issue above, we had to ship half the orders on Pirate Ship so if you ship an order out on another platform and confirm the shipment in Seller Central, Veeqo doesn't recognize it as shipped and your order will still show up on the dashboard as "unshipped". You have to manually select all of the orders and click "Mark as Shipped." Not user friendly but more so a big potential problem for double shipping orders.
- SHIPPING RATES. The rates can be a bit higher than Pirate Ship or with your own carrier accounts (UPS, FedEX, etc.). We found that items less than 1lb are comparable to Pirate Ship but heavier/larger items were MORE expensive than Pirate Ship and even with the Veeqo 5% discount it was still more costly on the Veeqo platform. For example, we priced out a 10lb (.50 cubic) 12x12x4" box going to Zone 8 on both Pirate Ship and Veeqo and the pricing came out respectively to $10.97 versus $11.52 ($12.13 base price - $0.61 five percent rebate). Even after the 5% rebate, Veeqo was $0.55 higher! Likewise for UPS/FedEx, for some mid-to-high volume shippers like us, the Veeqo UPS rates were about 1.5x higher than our direct UPS rates. Not good.
- The interface is clean but a bit clunky. Lots of places to click and dig a bit to reveal features. Not as clean as Pirate Ship and you can't just copy/paste customers complete addresses info in one-go like you could in Pirate Ship. In Veeqo it only lets you copy/paste address and then you have to fill in the first name, last name, phone number and email address... I know, the last two is a required field but Amazon doesn't give it to us (odd if you ask me).

how about a-z claims if we buy shipping thru this and buyers try their bs will amazon grant the a-z claim? Is it still considered buying shipping thru amazon?

Here is why I don't use it.
Yes, they ship using the Amazon Buy Shipping api, BUT, BIG BUT!!!
They charge you up front. In other words, they don't deduct it from your Amazon payment that will be forthcoming.
Most other companies that utilize Amazon Buy Shipping API, when you purchase the shipping, you don't get billed for it later. It comes right out of the payment due to you/or shipping charge that you charge the customer.
I like the fact that you don't have another bill to hit you in the face a couple weeks down the road.
Also, they are very limited as to what you can do to personalize your packing slips.
Now, this rebate they started offering might have me considering it a bit more, but, still, would like charges deducted immediately. It makes no sense that they don't do that, since they are operated/owned by Amazon itself.
Why can't they do, what the other companies can?

It would be great if you can:
1. Put SKU as a reference number for the USPS label as well.
2. Make the font of the reference number larger.
3. Offer an option for splitting orders into one unit per label for both individual print and bulk printing. For instance, I got an order with 1 of SKU1 and 2 of SKU2, please allow me to print 3 labels without needing to split the order into multiple packages one by one.
The above-mentioned features are very important to our business model. If Veeqo can not fulfill the features for this holiday season, I have to build an in-house App that replaces Veeqo, and yet with all the above features included.

I tried your software and find it VERY VERY annoying how Amazon is now hiding the address of the customer from us. That is ridiculous on a new level. We use the address to determine what method we might use because we learn things as we ship each day. There is NO reason Amazon should be hiding a buyer's address from sellers. If we ever need to open a case for a lost package, they will ask for this to verify we are the seller. I will in no way use this software until this issue is resolved.

My biggest complaint with Veeqo (and why I will not use it) is that it's impossible to sort your orders (via name or order number) in any reasonable sense. Super hard to find the order you need to ship. Fix that, and I'll be a customer.

Doesn't allow Bound Printed Matter for books on Amazon or any other platform. When it does I will use it.

I want option for you not to combine my orders! I ship single items and I can not ship these items correctly to avoid damage when you combine orders and give customer a 75% shipping discount forcing me to combine items which should never be combined for a 75% discount to customer is horse sheep!

The shipping options/cost for books/media is WAY more than Amazon. I thought the shipping options and cost would be the same??? Why would I pay more???
