My question is the following:

When listing chef knives, what documents does Amazon require? Is there a need for any specific documents or none at all? I am thinking of documents such as the "Declaration of Conformity" (as in the case of toys), the General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC), and EN ISO 8442-1:2010. I apologize if I seem ignorant (I might be), but I have tried to read up on this and Amazon customer service is not very forthcoming with specifics. Thank you very much for any help!
