Seller needs to be debited to be eligible to file SAFE-T claim
Amazon have issued refunds for items returned that we have not supplied. Both order from the same customer. Around £1000 worth.
The case has been going on since September and Im simply not getting any proper answers from Amazon support.

Seller support are not much help and asking to to file safe-t claim which gives the below error messages
For order: 206-7177667-5965158 Seller needs to be debited to be eligible to file SAFE-T claim
For order 204-1863293-3467536- This order is not eligible for SAFE-T claim. Only VAS orders, Easy Ship orders and MFN Prepaid orders are eligible for SAFE-T claims. Please refer to Amazon SAFE-T Claim Policy for more details.
Can Amazon please look into this and revert?
