Brand Regsitry Application Denied in Error over Tax ID, appealed with Screenshots, No response for a month
Like the title says, we applied to brand registry protection for two of our Company's trademarks. All information was correct, including our State Tax ID.
Within a day both applications were denied for the same reason:
"This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form"
We immediately appealed, included screenshots of our Nevada State Tax ID, as well as our Federal Tax ID and IRS form. No response from Amazon since. For a month. Doesn't seem like a great start to Brand Registry. Is this a typical wait time, over what appears to be an Amazon bug?

I looked into the case and it states: "As a precautionary measure, access to your application will be locked for 90 days to allow you to provide the correct information through our appeal process."
When looking into the attachments you sent, it seems like you sent a excel file for the invoice. However, it does not meet the criteria as it does not include one or more of the brand’s product names. I would also recommend attaching an original PDF for this invoice as excels can be easily edited.
For section: I have my own manufacturing set-up which manufactures majority or all of the products under my brand.
It seems like the attachment was not correctly uploaded.
Could you please upload the following in your case15736646881? Please DO NOT upload in this forums as this is your private information.
- PDF invoice with brand's product
- Manufacturing agreement
- Documents which indicates the business name and the Tax ID number/ Business Registration Number
