US trademark registration
I am Brand Registered in the UK and want to start selling in the US. Amazon is not allowing me to use my UK registration to start selling in the US and has requested that I create a new trademark in the US. Is this really necessary and is there a way around it?

Yes you’ll need it if you want to register your brand on amazon US
If you’re selling in EU, you’ll need it there too
Uk only covers UK
