The product needs to request approval
Hi
We have a product that has been sold normally for 3 years and was restricted from sale a week ago.
Whenever we try and request approval we get the below message:
We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other rp_3p_offer in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Home and Garden (including Pet Supplies) category in Refurbished condition(s)
Other Home and Garden (including Pet Supplies) category in Collectible condition(s)
We have opened cases regarding this issue, but we haven't gotten any replies for six days.
It is just a metal-detecting digging shovel, and we don't think it is in the list of Prohibited Listings. Could anyone please help me with this issue?
