Units have been reallocated from shipment FBA180714NNZ (from June 2023!!!)

Okay, so we keep seeing this happen and it's beyond infuriating. Does any know the innerworkings of what goes on at Amazon that could possible explain this???

Shipment

Created: May 8, 2024

ID:FBA180714NNZ

We sent 40 units of ASIN B07ZTRJY5Q. Here is what happened:

28 Units have been received.

8 Units have been reimbursed.

4 Units have been reallocated from shipment FBA178KZB92K.

First of all, it's completely unacceptable that Amazon keeps LOSING my products! We have photos of the pallets before they leave our facility. Secondly, the 4 units that were reallocated from shipment FBA178KZB92K is bogus. Why? Because FBA178KZB92K is from Jun 29, 2023. How can they tie these shipments to one another when they are a year apart??? We've sent dozens of shipments since June 2023. And when I look at FBA178KZB92K, here's what I see:

16 Units have been received.

-4 Units have been reallocated from shipment FBA180714NNZ.

How can this be? And what's up with this verbiage??? Both "reasons" state "reallocated FROM" instead of "FROM" and "TO". This is so annoying.

Does anyone know what's happening with this? How are they making these connections?

Furthermore, we have 16 SKUs but all have identical boxes (out of necessity). They all have different descriptions on the box, the correct Amazon box label and correct product barcode. How can we ensure Amazon does not mix these up? How do we ensure Amazon doesn't double scan or forget to scan our boxes? We have sooooo many issues with these products, and not our other products.

Please help!

Hi @Seller_L9b5B1PhGeIK4,

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. Have you created any Seller Support cases related to these shipments? If so can you please provide me with a case ID?

Best,

Dominic
