Questions on solution for late delivery problem
We are seeing late delivery of our FBM orders spiking badly for the last 6 weeks. We researched the problem and it is caused by USPS delays in a specific postal sorting hub. Almost all of the late shipments are late 1 day.
Our handling time is set to 1 day, but we usually ship faster.
Can we solve this problem by changing our handling time to 2 days (but still ship quicker)?
I don't see a way to just add just one day to the shipping speed settings.
Also, does this metric effect BuyBox%?

That is your problem. Leave the handling time at Amazon's default 5 days. We have 28.,000 listings this week and ship within 2 hours of the orders coming in.6 days a week. Handling time is set at 5 days, and for 20 years hasn't affected sales.
What does affect sales in not being the lowest price offering.
