Negative review due to FBA delivery performance issue
Hello. I just received a negative 1-star customer review from a customer who was disappointed because the product arrived with damage packaging. The customer also posted a picture and very obvious that the damage occurred due to FBA handling - visible water stain and scratch on the box. Amazon should be responsible to address the customer's issue, remove or strikethrough the comment and the 1-star review, or at the very least provide a comment that it was not the seller's fault.
Is there a process to get this reviewed by internal Amazon customer experience team?

If this is a review Amazon will not remove.
If this is a feedback you can try "Feedback Manager" to remove it.
