My UK account is deactivated

hello everyone

I am new on Amazon base in Greece and I have a verified Usa AMAZON central account and I list without any problem my products . Unfortunately, my UK account is deactivated and i can use it. I have tried so many times with cases and appeals to reactivate it ( last case id 10409084262) but amazon 's payment team declined all.I use a verified PAYONEER account and they didn't accept it. I don't what will do about it . Next step?. I am disappointed. Is there someone to help me? Last reply is
