Trademark infringement
I am going round in circles regarding alleged trademark misuse. I sell Liberty fabric handmade products, have done for years no problem. Suddenly my listings are being flagged that I cannot use the phrase - made by Liberty fabric/ Liberty print ( this is totally legal by Liberty’s terms of use.)
I have opened a case and am just being told I cannot use the word Liberty, I have to be able to tell customers it is Liberty fabric being used. Anyone managed to get past this please?

Its not the correct answer but try something like Lib erty Prints / Lib erty fabrics. Its being picked up by a bot and may not even be related to Liberty's of London.
Fortunately our Liberty frabic is so difficult to list on Amazon we just sell it else where Ebay, Etsy and our own website so have not come a cropper so far with the Amazon Bot.
