Customer says bax is empty
hello, I shipped a box to a customer 2 days ago and there was a photo taken when delivered, then customer says the box is empty. Theyvare clearly trying to get their money back and the item for free. I am in contact with EVRI but the proof I have is the photo of delivery. I have contacted the customer but they seem insisting on reveiving an empty box.
Please help me, what can I do in this case?

You can either believe them and refund them. Or stand your ground. If you stand your ground - an A-Z will possibly be opened by the customer. In most cases, amazon will side with the customer irregardless of what evidence of delivery you provide - though there is the chance amazon will side with you.

Can you prove the weight of the box, i.e. do you have cctv of the box being packed or did Evri weigh it at any point through their network?

A well known scam, sadly......but as above reply, send the customer proof of the weight of the parcel when sent, and as the box on delivery (hopefully a photo) shows no signs of being tampered with it cannot possibly be empty !! Might just make them realise they have been rumbled (if they are trying to scam you).
