Amazon handmade seller
Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone who was accepted as an amazon handmade seller was still being charged their monthly pro account fees. I did not notice it the first month but saw it this month.
Was wondering if I was doing something wrong by listing my handmade products using the amazon seller central?
Thanks. I have send a query through to Amazon, will let you know what happens of that, but in the meantime I was curious as to if this has happened to anyone and if they can point to the right direction.

Apparently, Amazon handmade is just in the NA region not in AU, which is where I was mainly listing the products. The professional fee waiver is not for all regions.
Bit confusing still honestly and I was only getting stock standard answers until I had to call them, explain the confusion and am still waiting for a resolution.
I have asked for a refund because it's still under the 90 days and the fact that I have not used any professional selling tools.
This professional selling tools are all over the place. No I did not use the automatic pricing tool and some other thing they were talking about. But human nature means we will absolutely poke around to see what is available. This is the true, what does this button do scenario.
Yes, this is super long and very frustrating. Still waiting a result and response. Fingers crossed this will resolve itself quickly or else will have to find somewhere else to sell my products.

Extremely unhelpful, there is always a stupid reason for not setting out a refund. I have asked for a refund and shop to be closed. This is after going around and changing my account type to individual. Plus a monthly charge went through on my new CC even before I updated the CC details. I have not received an answer as to why and how this might have even happened.
Very disappointed and extremely unhelpful. I might as well try my luck elsewhere and not have to deal with this. I can understand they might not have to give some stock standard answers. This is just unbelievably ridiculous.
If people don't follow through with enquiries... they company benefits from laziness. This is how multi billion dollar industries make extra money I guess from small unknowing businesses like us trying to get their products out there.
I have no words. I am sad, disappointed and annoyed all at the same time.
