Why did this happen?
We believe that your account or a related account is engaged in sales of counterfeit inventory which violates intellectual property rights, or may have been used to engage in deceptive or illegal activity that harms customers and our store.
I have submit appeal and latest submission I got a message "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time". Everytime when I got this message. I will receive a message in performance notification too but this round I don't get anything. What happened?

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
BEFORE you decided to start selling, did you ask yourself these questions --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
If you do not have an LOA and did not source properly (which is what it sounds like) you are done.
What brands were you selling and where did you buy the items?

Thank you for posting about your deactivation.
When you provided your information did you include everything mentioned in the notice? Do your bank or credit card statements all reference the account owner with matching address?
Surrounding the supply chain, do you have a full supply chain document showing purchase through an authorized distributor, meeting our responsible sourcing requirements? Additionally, you mentioned providing a letter of authorization, did it meet all of our requirements mentioned?
What information have you provided in regards fulfillment, can you provide a bill of lading or proof of delivery for these products you received from your supplier?

I have followed up on the situation with the appropriate teams, they advised that they provided you the most recent request for information back on 9/10/24. The information they provided me matches the notification you posted earlier, however they mentioned that they will need proof of delivery or order confirmations. They advised as of today 9/13/24 that they have not received this information and are still requesting proof of delivery.
At this time this will be required to move their review forward to confirm compliance with the situation.
