Amazon bad return policy

It is Feb now, but I am still refunding those FBM orders from Dec, and I also can see amazon is refunding those FBA orders before Christmas as well. I understand it is policy, but it is just crazy, it encourages the scam. These customers are just taking advantage of such return policy. They placed an order 2 months ago, applied return short time after receiving it (or immediately or even before receiving the parcel). Then, they use the item (in my case, jewe lry, they just wear it for a couple of months) and post it back. The behaviour falls into return policy? OH YES. Ethical? Hell No!

I mean, you can see it, these genuinely do not like your product, they ship back the products shortly after receiving it, and the condition is still new – I can still resell it. While those scammers kept the items for maximum time they can before shipping back. When I receive the products, I can see they have been used – it is second hand now, I cannot sell it anymore.

Amazon should consider to change this crazy 90-days return policy.
