Identity information required
I have been requested to give additional information required for verification on my Amazon seller homepage, this is for identity information when I go into settings, but if I click on either of these links I get an “Internal error - Were sorry, but we encountered an error while processing your account” message. Features on my account appear to be still working. Is there anyway round this? Thanks

This happened to me aswell. I hadn’t even submitted any documents and I was unable to access my charge method and bank information and was given this error message instead. When I called amazon, they said that I need to clear my cookies and cache and then wait 24 hours. ?!. After persistently chasing it up, they said it is a technical error from their side and that they have a team working to sort it out. After a few weeks, I was able to access my charge method, update my bank card and pay the charge and verify with other EU marketplaces. Then, my account got deactivated but they were still asking for documents for verification. After several attempts at uploading various documents which they asked for and being repeatedly rejected, they asked me to attend a video verification call. This was completed last wednesday. They are continuing to ask for documents. No update on the video verification. I have had to take out a mobile contract, deliver it to my residential address and change the address to my registered business address. Now i have to wait another 3 and a half weeks to get a bill with my name and business address.
Definitely get in touch with seller support so they can fix this issue and hopefully it won’t get dragged out like it has for me.
