As of now, the review cycle of both cases has far exceeded the standard processing time of 15 working days. We understand that the team is busy, but we have followed up several times via email and seller platform since the initial submission (the most recent reminder date is March 28, 2025), and have not received any progress feedback so far.
As the products have been unsalable for a long time, we are facing the following serious impacts:
Continued loss of sales opportunities during the peak season
Inventory turnover is blocked, resulting in increased storage costs
