my Account has been activated before even start selling
Hi, I'm new to Amazon as a seller and was still trying to figure out the items i will work on and didn't even list any items yet and found out that my account has been deactivated and when I checked the reason it was saying that there is an account that is similar to mine has violated the rules and i don't know why they are associating this account with me i called the help and actually didn't solve the problem for me even though i explained that i only have this account and i don't own any other account
i appealed and answered all the questions that i don't recognize the other account and it doesn't belong to me. I even tried to change my store name
Has anyone faced this issue before?

Did you recognize the name of the other account? Would you be able to share the notification received at the time of the concern?
Our team will require an explanation to be provided that includes information regarding how you are associated and when the association occurred. If this submission is rejected, the only option you will have is for the other account to resolve their own concerns.
