Detail Page Removed, Inventory marked as Defective (869 units)- hydroquinone issue

I need some help my listing. My listing has been marked as detail page removed because amazon thinks that it contains "hydroquinone" in prescription quantity. They asked me to upload image of ingredients page on the product detail page. I did that but I keep getting same robo rejection emails. They are not even telling what is wrong with the image or what exactly I need to fix. I called seller support but no help. the Catalog team confirmed the image looks good. I attached the catalog teams response to the ticket as per their recommendation to the original case but I keep getting same scripted response - we are unable to activate your listing, kindly upload image to the product detail page.

I need to know what is wrong with the image or at least someone from Amazon tell me what should I do to fix my listing . It has been 10 days, my listing is offline and I am losing sale. The inventory is marked as defective. The initial reason for marking my listing defective is it contains "hydroquinone". This is not true and provided so many proofs like image of packaging from all sides including the product image which clearly shows the ingredients.

Case ID # 14691825841

Many thanks

The bot who taked down your listing doesn't know your product, it just see the words you have written. If you write "lightening the skin" or something similar the bot thinks that your cream contains hydroquinone. Any mention of lightening or brightening the skin is not allowed.

Most probably you have to create a new listing avoiding all the forbidden words, remove your inventory, relabel with new FNSKUs and send in again.

If the mention is on the package you have to print new ones.
