on trac package shippment

im an self-fullfillment seller. its my first time to purchase ontrac package through amazon and having problem with it. at the beginning, i dont know where to drop off, so i called ontrac customer service and figure out the closest one is 1 hr away and i was told i can schedule for pickup. however, no one pick up after two times schedule. The package is still sitting at my place after one week purchase. i contacted my buyer and an solution hope he doesnt get mad at me. Just for future reference, is it common with ontrac package or its me doing sth wrong?

Why do you not just use UPS / USPS / FedEx?

After reading some of your other threads and questions PLEASE put your items on vacation for a few weeks while you go back and study Seller U.

WHY would you use a service that you have not tried before to ship something without finding all the details about the service first?

When you say that 'The package is still sitting at my place after one week purchase.' AND 'no one pick up after two times schedule. ' that implies that you told Amazon that the package already shipped.

Is that correct?

THEN you say 'contacted my buyer and an solution hope he doesnt get mad at me' what did the buyer say? Sure, no problem, just get it to me next month? I don't think so.

At this point you are going to have an issue with AMAZON and the buyer. Hopefully you ship enough items that this one is not going to get you suspended.

From the sounds you said it was shipped and it wasn't. Having it sitting there a week after it was supposed to go out is a HUGE problem on Amazon.

I wouldn't worry about what ontrac is or is not doing. I would worry about my account being suspended.

I was able to find this information regarding OnTrac and their support:

"OnTrac automatically schedules a pickup for your package for that day if the label is purchased before 2 p.m., or the next working day after 2 p.m. If changes must be made to the automatically scheduled pickup, the shipper must coordinate with OnTrac to ensure the pickup happens on the expected day and time.

Call 800-334-5000 for details on your pickup. Allow 30 minutes from the time of purchase." (Emphasis mine)

I'm not sure if that phone number is the same one you used previously, but I would recommend trying that in the event you use OnTrac for shipping.

Additionally, I want to link the Seller Central Help page on Fulfilling orders. It walks you through the entire process step-by-step. To help ensure your account remains in good standing, you will want to follow the instructions laid out in clear detail. Please let me know if you have any additional questions, and best of luck to you!
