Amazon Gave Me Wrong Instructions, Now My Inventory is Gone – Need Help!
Hi everyone,I’m reaching out because I’m facing a serious issue with my inventory being wrongfully disposed of due to incorrect guidance from Amazon Account Health Support. I need advice on how to escalate this further. Here's what happened: On December 5th and 6th, 2024, I contacted Account Health Support about an issue with my ASIN B09YQJNZHW.The rep told me that if I acknowledged the violation, I needed to wait until my inventory became available for removal before creating a removal order.I followed their instructions exactly, believing I was doing the right thing. Now, Amazon is saying that my 278 units were disposed of because I "did not respond" to performance notifications on Jan 26, Feb 9, and Feb 19, 2025—but I was waiting as instructed! If I had been told that I still needed to submit additional invoices after acknowledging the violation, I would have done so immediately. Instead, I was misled by Amazon’s own support team, which has now cost me thousands of dollars in lost inventory.I have appealed to Seller Performance, but they keep saying it’s "policy" and refusing to take further action. I’ve also escalated to Executive Seller Relations but have not yet received a response.Has anyone else experienced this? What are my options to escalate this further? Is it possible to recover my inventory, or am I left with no recourse?Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, Karolina

they have mentioned that performance notifications on Jan 26, Feb 9, and Feb 19, 2025..
It does mean that you have failed to do. you need to regularly check communication. if you have created case. It is best to check you email also because you also get notification there. so that nobody can miss it.. So sorry to say that you need to forget about the 278 units.
start again from begnining. this is lesson for you to learn. Amazon required to on board for everything constatly.
