HOW TO REMOVE THE ABILITY TO SELL TO "Business customer - Invoice by Amazon"

Does anyone know how to remove the ability to sell to customers who use "invoice by Amazon"???

We keep having customers getting refunds direct from Amazon for products we have already sent to them, without them opening a return request or returning the item.

We cant open a SAFE-T claim as they are INVOICE BY AMAZON customers.

Talking to customer service members is like talking to a brick wall literally.

Sorry, this is not possible. It’s just one more thing you have to cope with when choosing to sell on Amazon.

But as far as I know, you shouldn’t lose out any more than a normal order, eventually, once the transactions catch up with each other.

Go to Account Info under the cog icon > Tax Information > VAT calculation settings > You'll see Invoice by Amazon Settings > Edit settings > Untick FBA and Fulfilled by seller.

From what I've gathered, you can file a SAFE-T once the transaction has gone through (usually once the customer has paid Amazon). I have a case open at the moment for an empty return, asking Amazon what they suggest we should do in this instance. The case is still open, and it's been nearly one month.
