Unfair A-to-Z Claim Decision – Order 702-3036458-7509848,

Hello Amazon, I received a return request from a customer who purchased an item.

She mentioned the item was damaged, so I accepted and sent a prepaid return label. And Amazon refunded the customer with my funds without returning the item. Also, it impacted my ODR.

Please take a look at my case and reconsider the decision.
