Is there any compliance on selling Scissors

Hell0

I have a question regarding the sale of scissors on Amazon. Are there any specific compliance requirements or restrictions that I should be aware of? Additionally, if I plan to include craft materials, such as sticker papers or labels, with the scissors, do I need to adhere to any additional guidelines or regulations?

I would greatly appreciate any help or direction.

Thanks

I don't believe there are any restrictions on selling scissors, however there should be, by UK law you need to be over 18 to buy 'sharp items'.

I have know other sellers who have listed scissors and have then had issues with Amazon classing them as a medical device. I appreciate they are not medical devices but Amazon Bots can class them as "surgical clamps or medical forceps" and of course you will receive account violations as a result.

One thing to note is you won't be able to use Royal Mail to end scissors if you were doing FBM.
