We have been trying to explain to the the cases opened the Label of the product has had no changes ever since creation of the listing.
we have 4 cases opened,
the recent case has brough about wrong determinations listed below.

1. Please create a new ASIN with the reformulated product to avoid quality issues.
- Note the product has never been reformulated and has stayed the same for the longest time.
2, Recommended changes to be done: Please upload clear images of all sides of the product's bilingual packaging/labeling and ingredients list on Seller Central for further review. (Most recent)
- Note : there is no other language in the Label of the product, evidently shown in the live images in detail page.
Please help advise or forward the case to someone who can help with our situation. this has been haunting us for 2 weeks now. we cant create a new listing because we'll lose everything.
