My account is deactivated and I cannot close it and get my stock back
My account was deactivated a few months ago. I sent all the invoices, but they are not enough for Amazon; now, I want to close my account and get my stock back. But Amazon is telling me that in order to do that, my account needs to be active. SO I am in a vicious circle, I cannot get my product back, I cannot close the account, and Amazon is still charging me. I have opened many tickets and the answer is the same. Any help?

News flash -- depending on the reason for the suspension you are not going to get anything back from Amazon.
You will be charged for storage fees until the merchandise is disposed of. If you have not downgraded to individual, do so now if possible.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

Yes, this is a vicious circle and difficult to break. Since obviously you have no proper supply chain, you neither will get your products back nor can close your account:
You have no other choice than putting your bank account to zero.
