Am I being scammed?
I sell car decals FBA, one ASIN I sell consists of 13 small stickers. A regular buyer has bought 7 sets of these over last 3 months one set at a time no issues. Two weeks ago he bought 10 sets then 2 days later returned them and was refunded, two days after that he bought 8 sets and again 2 days later returned them and was refunded, then two days after bought 6 sets then two days later returned them and was refunded? They are all the same ASIN all identical never had any issues with these whatsoever. Today he bought 4 sets then an hour late bought another 2 sets so I am guessing they might be getting returned also??? I cannot find out reason for return but all seems quite odd? Can anyone help ADMIN? Something isn't ringing true about this so where do I go? Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

Amazon are known to ship things incorrectly, so a mix up at FBA.
You could message the Buyer, be polite and you are allowed to provide your phone number for Support.
They may then contact you with the reason why the issue if you explain you are concerned that there is something wrong and wish to resolve.

My cynicism does make me think they have found a way to scam you.
I would contact the customer, ask why they are returning so many of their orders, and what is the problem - as if I add up correctly from your post, that is now 35 sets they have ordered. I smell a rat !

It sounds like he could be sending back part of the set , have Amazon put the return items back in the system . i would request that all return items are sent back to you . so you can inspect the items , and see if he is sending back a full set ...

I have been in retail for years and in my view nobody would buy that many times and then return without an angle or alternative motive.
you definitely want to investigate this before they burn through your stock and also mess up your inventory with returns.
Also if there is anything wrong i can bet you Amazon will mark it as customer damaged and you will be out of pocket, so try and nip this in the bud as quickly as you can and get on to seller support
Maybe send a polite message to the customer along the lines of you are just reaching out to them as you want to check quality control on the returns. make them feel like you want their help with that and not suggest they are up to something so you get a reply,
