Warranty Inserts/ Accidental Damage Inserts

Does anyone know if putting Accidental Damage Warranty Inserts for 3 months are allowed?

We obviously offer 12 months manufacturer warranty, but this is an additional service that we offer for any accidental damage a customer might incur.

I don't think that should be an issue really - given the warrranty forms part of the product offering (and you'd see something similar in many, many electrical goods)

2 points:

a) make sure the wording is legally acceptable (eg this warranty is in addition to your statutory rights)

b) if you are reselling the item(s) and this is not your own brand, ensure that no mention of this is made in the product listing as others may not be offering it.
