FBA Shipment lost shipment ID:FBA181TJTZT0

Case ID 16526464321
My shipment ID:FBA181TJTZT0, shipped on May 24th and there is no updated after May 27 and it haven't moved after that.
I also contacted UPS and they said it is lost but they can not help further since it is created on amazon using amazon partner carrier so amazon have to follow up as well as contact UPS.

I created case before and they delayed investigation.
Now amazon is saying that they can't track the shipment on UPS site and the reason is the shipment is more than 4 months old.
I have provided email response from UPS which says amazon is owner and they provide detail to amazon only. However seller support is not contacting the UPS and asking me to provide the details. I provided all available details but they don't see tracking so not considering details.
Please help.
