Am I missing something ? National Drug Code Confirmation
I have been selling on Amazon for a number years, every year 6 months or so they Flag us and remove our product. To be reinstated they ask us for our NDC code. I supply it they then reinstate our product.
However this time I have supplied our NDC code 70463-000-01 5 times and on each occasion they have said "Kindly provide a valid National Drug Code (NDC) for further review."
When I provide the NDC code, I supply the code number, a link to the FDA site and a Screenshot of the FDA site
So why would this be happening , do Amazon use a different database ? Does anyone know where Amazon check the NDC code , so I can see if we are displaying properly. Or do I just keep submitting until I get someone at customer service who can read.

From what you have shared I see that an ASIN has been removed for requiring an NDC number and despite your attempts to provide it, this issue has yet to be resolved.
So that I may look into this for you, can you please share the associated case ID? Also, I would like to ask if you are providing the NDC into the case log alone? If so, I suggest to ensure that you have added the NDC number to the product detail page as well as include the number in the case log for verification. We must make sure that the listing itself also complies.
