You have obviously inadvertently set up a “Pro” selling account which has a monthly fee of £25 plus VAT, so £30.
You must downgrade this yourself to avoid more fees next, and every, month
Go to Seller central/settings/account info, then scroll down the left to “Your Services/Manage” where you can downgrade.
Then you can use the “Contact us” link on seller central to open a case, explain your error and request a refund.
Do not rely on Amazon to downgrade your account, do it yourself.

The monthly subscription fee is part of the standard Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement to which you agreed when you created your Professional Selling Plan account, even if it happened by a mistake.
Your payment method on file will keep getting charged unless you downgrade your Seller Account into Individual, regardless of it’s status or whether you are actively selling.
Here you can downgrade the account to prevent it from being charged again:

Do not trust them. This is a new scam by Amazon. I was about to register for an individual plan, but before checkout, the system will automatically change your account to professional so that they can get money off you. I noticed that and sent them and email, the response below;

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I understand that you want to know “How do I register for an individual plan?”
I would like to inform you that you need to register with professional plan and then you can switch to an Individual selling plan. We will refund the professional plan fees.
Note; You need a valid credit card to get register…"
I followed the suggestion and downgraded. I am now waiting endless for my refund. They have also stopped responding to my message. I have called my bank this morning and was told I need to wait for 30 days before they can raise a dispute.
This is a warning to potential sellers. If they scam 100k people of their £30, do the maths.
