Buy Box Suddenly Disappear

Hello,

I don't know why all listings' buy box of my store suddenly disappear and my account is health. When I consult the Amazon Service, they proudly replied that we have encountered similar cases before and there is no solution at present, we don't know how to solve this problem even if there's nothing wrong with your account.

I need help, thanks.
