Yes,
We search for our orders using the postcode in the old system this brought up all the info in the new system it just brings up the postage no clue as to the value or whats in it which is needed to decide on postage.

i don't know whats the point of this platform at all. if you linked your royal mail with amazon account, you can get all the address details against all your amazon orders automatically on RM WEB. all you have to do is search RM WEB using Amazon order number.
i was hoping little more when they introduced Platform, however, platform really complicates even simple things and i dont see any value addition of it.

awful, not user friendly at all, So much so I spoke to my RM account manager today and asked him to look at the issues, he agreed and said he would feed it back to the relevant department
my biggest issue is there is no way of either retaining the date order, I prefer old to new (that's how I work) but it just reverts back to new to old on orders
also if you tick multiple items of the same weight/postage option ready to add weight etc instead of doing individually and you accidently expand an order by miss clicking and hitting the side of the tick box it unticks everything :/

I hated it to start with but I am used to it now and actually like it now.
There are a couple of issues for me which do need to be resolved.
Firstly it doesn't show the weight which is annoying. I used to check the weights were right before printing the labels off.
The other issue is when you are selecting multiple orders to apply postage to and you don't click on the tick box then it opens up a new tab and you lose all of the orders you have selected so far.
