Hi All
I had three false INR claims turned into A-Z claims last week. Now the amount of the next scheduled payment has not increased by a single penny, but the amount held in ALR has almost doubled!
Has this happened due to the A-Z Claims?

Hello @Seller_GPLxAbyNPI33I,
When a claim is filed, Amazon may hold additional funds in the seller's ALR as a reserve to cover potential payouts. The claim amount stays reserved until the issue is resolved, which can sometimes take up to 14 days or more. Once the claims are processed, the reserve gets released.
