Does anyone know why are my FBA Shipping costs so high. At the moment they are 10.9 dollars per unit. The product is 12 oz and barely makes it on to the large standard category.

Confirm the weight is correct on the ASIN. Also, confirm the dimensions are also correct as you might be being charged volumetric weight.

i had a similar situation where some of my skus were significantly more than others. We sell plush toys and there mostly all the same dimensions and weight. I was told that when they scan them upon check-in, the polybag that my products come in are also included in the dimensions. Sometimes the bag expanded an extra couple inches. I was told that I should let them sell out, then resupply with the polybags taped down and open a case requesting a remeasure.

I was charged $15 for shipping an item that usually costs around 7 to 9 dollars. I think they raised shipping fees for send to fba.

Ive had that issue often. They prices constantly fluctuate even after a correction measurement. I adjust my price and they adjust the fees.

basic business increases we are done with fba we utilize SFP in our territory and it works great cand afford the fees and returns any longer its not a fit for everyone but for some it is large sellers
