Full FBA Shipment Lost—Can Anyone in the Amazon Community Assist?
This is my first time posting on the forum, and I’m truly at my wit’s end! A full shipment of 576 pieces (4 boxes in total), picked up and delivered to the FBA warehouse by Amazon's own logistics team, has gone missing. (I can provide all proof of delivery.) However, after over a month of "processing," the FBA order was closed, showing 0 units received. I initiated an investigation, but the FBA team only replied that they "did not receive the shipment" and refused to compensate. Can anyone help me? Amazon’s own team picked up the goods, and the backend system shows it was signed for—yet they claim nothing arrived? This is so frustrating!

Additional notes, Please refer to the attached screenshot containing official Amazon pick-up information. I reiterate: This shipment was not delivered to the FBA warehouse by my carrier, but was picked up by Amazon’s logistics team for delivery to the FBA warehouse. I beg you to help me!!!
