all of my funds are stuck in account level reserve for 6 weeks no help from support

hi, selling on amazon for a year, had a KYC and bank verification check back in february, due to a technical problem at amazons end my bank account took 6 weeks to verify, on monday 31st march i actually got a call from pablo and the problem was rectified over the phone within minutes, after messages and phone calls to support nearly every day for 6 weeks. i was told to wait 3 days which is standard practice , and then my funds would be available (over £5k) today is the 4th day and the funds havent moved, contacted support this morning again and ive got through to another person who hasnt got a clue and just tells me he cant do anything because its automated. so im back to square one, no funds, no hope and a business that is going to go down the pan if i cant get some cashflow. apart form the odd one or two people, the support is pretty much stealing a living from big jeff.

any sensible support people on here able to help?? or shall i just give up and close my account?

Was the person on the phone legit? did you ask them to call?

most amazon timescales go a bit off though, is your bank account still right and verified?

I've had £5.5k in Sales since Jan and only had £451 paid out. No Idea whats happening atm but I have only had 2 payouts.
