Counterfiet Product Issue
So Amazon has taken down my product saying that I am selling counterfiet product. I have submitted my invoices and my supplier's distribution certificate but Amazon keep rejecting saying that the information provided is not enough.
Upon calling health support told me that I need to share my supplier's invoices to prove the supply chain. My supplier agreed to provide a few and I submitted those to Amazon but still got the same reply.
Anyone knows the solution to this issue?
