Issue with Indexing on Keywords
Hello All,
I am a new seller on Amazon. I am selling these "date night dice". The product includes 2 food dice, 1 activity dice, and 1 s*x dice.
I am in the toys and games category which is correct. All of the competing products are selling very well, but for some reason my product is not indexing. I am not seeing that the keywords are being associated with my product. Would you happen to know what the issue might be? I know my product is an Adult classified product. Does this affect my listing or my PPC at all?
If someone could please help me out with what I should do.

Good Evening @Seller_Jv7mLQz7ciZYS,
I wanted to follow up with you as you mentioned you are selling a product that is classified as an adult product. According to the Amazon Advertising Keyword and product targeting restrictions help page:
If some of your existing targets aren’t receiving impressions or clicks, it may be due to keyword and product targeting restrictions. In such cases, you may be able to add a restricted keyword or product when creating your campaign, but ads won’t run against those targets.
The keywords or products targeted in your campaigns must be relevant to the product being promoted. Ads must not target keywords or products that could result in an offensive, insensitive, or undesirable shopper experience. On that account, some product categories aren’t permitted as advertising targets.
Some examples of restricted targeting keywords and products include:
- Prescription drug keyword or products, such as "Lipitor" or "prednisone."
- Offensive, profane, or vulgar keywords or products.
- Products, and keywords of products that we don’t advertise per our creative acceptance policy, such as e-cigarettes, or sexually explicit and adult products.
Visit the Sponsored Advertising Guidelines and Acceptance Policies to learn more about our advertising policies.
Please let us know if we can help answer any additional questions you may have regarding the content I have shared above. Have a good weekend and take care.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
