Amazon FedEx quotes for 2 day FBM are off by over $20
Amazon allowed a same day shipment with 2 day FedEx for the delivery method. I have a different thread about the fact we don't ship same day. This is about the cost they wanted could I have actually made a same day shipment.
Amazon charged the customer $11 for shipping by FedEx 2 day, but the cost was $28 from their buy shipping via FedEx. Anyone have any insight into how/why there is this issue? The weight and size for the item are accurate.

As for your question about second-day delivery rates: do you have a shipping fee set in your shipping settings for that delivery option?
