Refunds wrong item sent
Can anyone advise? I've had 3 returns/refunds this week from customers for an item fulfilled by Amazon and looking at the ASIN it looks like some of the wording is wrong and customer's are complaining they are not getting the correct product? I have this evening messaged Amazon to have the product description updated but can any advise if this works? It's one of the more expensive items I sell on here and out of 6 orders 5 have been returned one of the "reasons" being that the wrong item was sent.

You need to edit the description yourself, preferably from an upload file as these update better than manually editing
If you do not have access to this then its best to remove from sale until you can get amazon to do this, if its legit change for the product
This though can take a while to happen
