FBM Shipping & Handling Issues
Been trying to get our estimated delivery times down as narrow as possible for some time. I've turned off the Amazon's automated shipping estimates based on carrier as it was giving some long seriously inaccurate delivery windows. I've got regions setup to give 1-2 for us here in California, 2-3 in the Midwest PNW etc & finally the 2-4 day to the East coast. The handling setting seems to be fundamentally broken as far as I can tell, it is set to 1 day in the entire shipping settings and I've gone so far as to add handling on a SKU level, none of these seem to impact the orders that get placed by the customer. When I am checking a given ASIN/SKU from an east coast VPN it is giving me what appears to be the correct delivery estimate with this 1 day handling time, however when I am getting orders for this ship ruleset that days seems to disappear on my on time rate delivery expectation. Am I doing this wrong or is Amazon using my handling settings to under promise over deliver at the cost of my ODR?

Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums and for your patience here! I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to check in with you, have you since been able to update your shipping settings?
