If you are the trademark owner and your brand is registered on Amazon, then raise a complaint on the Amazon brand registry—report a violation of intellectual property, and also raise a case from seller account connect through call; they will guide you.
Note - you can't connect the brand registry team through call; they only respond to you on your register case id.
- Add brand name on images like a watermark or in the corner.

Till your brand gets registered, you cant do anything best is to list products as generic as no one will be able to hijack, once you are registered than apply for amazon service then no one will be able to map.

The first thing you have to do is to buy product from that seller,
next is to file infringement complaint mentioning that you have checked the product and its counterfeit (provide order details as well), wait for 48 hours and if this didn't work
go to an advocate and send them legal notice under trademark act. and if they didn't respond back, file a legal case. believe me if you have trademark registered they will touch your feet's ( i can say this because i have done this earlier and have taken compensation of 2lacs from the infringer).
