In my amazon brand registry report a violation it says
Access revoked
Your access to Amazon’s report infringement forms has been revoked due to actions you have taken in violation of Amazon's policy on reporting intellectual property infringement.
However, all my submissions within the past two months have been accepted and are all image copyrights reports.

Thanks for your post here. Have you tried to appeal and submit that your brand is registered and your claims have been approved?
Please submit an appeal if you have not done this already. If you have and it was declined, please let me know the case.
