Amazon Partnered Carrier - PALLET SHIPMENTS
Hi,
We have just put through an FBA shipment for 2 pallets. Usually we use an outside pallet company to get our goods into Amazon.
This time of year, though, it tends to take a bit longer (naturally). Therefore, we decided to use Amazon's partnered carrier for pallets.
The shipment has been put through. Will we receive any communication regarding this? We have selected the date the pallets will be ready but presumably they don't just show up?
Should I be expecting an email?
Thank you.

Is this with UPS as Amazon's partnered carrier?
If so expect there to be some delay on the first one.
UPS will contact you and you have to fill in some information about where the collections will be made to ensure suitability.
They then set you up with an account in the UPS Lots system and confirm the shipment.
After you are all setup the next ones are quicker and you don't have the delay whilst your account is setup again.
