Can I still sell other brand's products on Amazon if I got distribute authorization?
Hello, guys. I am a new seller, and I have signed a contract with a brand to distribute their products. This brand also has a store on Amazon selling its products and is registered as a brand. Can I still sell this brand's products on Amazon? Please help, thank you.

Maybe and maybe not.
You SHOULD ask for a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the brand to sell *ON* Amazon.
And you should think about why you're wanting to sell against the brand. They have a larger margin than you do. They are also more likely to win the buy box because they are the brand owner.

Hi @Seller_Ry1GNPv37cddi
Amazon's policies allow any seller to list items for sale on an ASIN so long as the intellectual property accurately represents the item being sold and has not been illegally reproduced. This includes intellectual property of rights owners.
In addition, Amazon respects a manufacturer's right to enter into exclusive distribution agreements for its products.
You could sell the product under the brands ASIN (if it's the same product) or if you have a relationship with the brand owner that sells on Amazon, please ask for a selling role for the brand.
Best,

We're a 8 figure brand on Amazon, and although we have distribution deals with stores and specialty stores. Amazon and all other online Marketplaces are not allowed by us. It's written in the contract they sign with us. Still we have people thinking it's okay to list our products. We always take them down, and then they come complain to us.
We even went another step in creating different packouts and even a premium version of our products, such that this product does not even exist to distributors and other channels anywhere in the world.
But yeah, you do not want to rub the brand in the wrong way. Ask and if they say it's okay it's okay. Amazon can say whatever they want, however, if your account goes down for whatever reason, is it really worth not asking?

Ask the brand, we wont know and Amazon won't know.
