If you need to extend the DD7 policy exclusion until September 2025 for your Amazon seller account, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email request from your Amazon email address to eu-uk-reserve-policy-extension@amazon.co.uk
2. In the email, make sure to include your Merchant token. Your Merchant token is a unique identifier for your seller account, and it's essential to include it in the email for proper identification and processing of your request.
3. Once you've sent the email with your Merchant token, Amazon will review your request and provide further instructions or assistance as needed.

I'm unaware of receiving an email with an extension proposition although it may have been missed by another member of staff. Is there a way of looking back at old emails to see whether we were offered the chance?

Are people who have always been on DD+7 allowed to apply for this?
They keep kicking the can down the road with this policy year after year yet I have to stick to it because my account is "new", even though I have been trading for 4-5 years on Amazon.
Entire thing is unfair on all sellers.

Good Morning,
I was moved onto the DD+7 policy on the 18th my funds were supposed to show up into my account today following the delivery on the 23rd however all my money is being held in my account level reserve. My account is in good standing with no performance notifications. All transactions are showing as released with no transactions going into deferred, yesterday it stated I had £X of net proceeds due to be disbursed today however this has now gone back down to £0, with thousands being held.
I have requested a DD+7 extension via email however this is having a major impact on my business. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can someone explain the benefit of this. By deferring it till September 2025 the same issues will happen again. I am also not happy with the DD+7 as I have a lot of funds stuck in the reserve.
