What is it with the Featured Book on Amazon's inventory page?
Whenever I go through my listings, I notice that Amazon's 'Featured' book is listed at a price much, much higher than most other listings. Why? If I listed my book for the same price, I'd get delisted for 'suspected high price' violation (or whatever it's called). This is totally ridiculous, but is this a sign of why sales are so pathetically low for most book sellers?

Those are generally FBA books; Amazon almost always gives preference to FBA offers, even if the price is significantly higher.

Hello @Seller_O6YWkDReQ90FK,
Thanks for posting here. As @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwstated, these are likely FBA books that are featured. If you have any specific ASINs you'd like to have reviewed for more insights, feel free to share them.
